BU 77 1920's Sabin Pond house at Bernon and Grove Streets. Built around 1849, a remarkable octagonal structure. Gable-roofed, 2-1/2 story stone-walled house. Sabin Pond was a local manufacturer and owner of the Pond Mills (Narragansett Knitting) located near the Bernon Bridge. Demolished in the mid-1980's.
