"Oakley," Edward Harris' mansion in the North End. Built circa 1855. Mansard roof 
dated to 1870. Demolished in the 
1920's.The mansion stood in the middle of the square formed by what later became 
Oakley, Glen and Upland Roads. 
On March 8, 1860, presidential candidate Abraham Lincoln spent the night at the 
mansion as the guest of Mr. Harris 
following the candidate's address at Harris Hall.
