PA 2 c. 1915 Cold Spring fountain at Cold Spring park. Formerly Cold Spring Grove, part of the Edward Harris estate, Cold Spring Park was created in 1891 when the City Council created three city parks (Central, later Cass, Park, Globe Park and Cold Spring). On the banks of the Blackstone River bordered by Harris Avenue and Highland Street.
