CL 67 1987 Frank Emerson McFee. (b.1851 d.1915) Educator. First superintendent of schools of the Town of Woonsocket, and later the City of Woonsocket. Served as Superintendent from 1886 to 1915. Oversaw the rapid growth of the city's school system during its early years as a city.
